Coronavirus information for patients

Umbrella has closed all clinics other than Whittall Street. We are not seeing any walk-in patients during this time.

If you have symptoms of an STI or need to see somebody urgently, please call 0121 237 5700 (9:00–16:30, Monday to Friday).

If you require PEPSE, don’t delay in contacting us during our opening hours. PEPSE can be taken up to 72 hours after exposure to HIV.

If you have already booked an appointment, we will contact you to discuss this.

If you have a new, continuous cough and/or high temperature, please do not attend your appointment
